My interest in healthcare began at 35,000 feet — during eight years with Virgin Atlantic Airways. I spent five years as cabin crew with exposure to managing numerous medical events in-flight, followed by three years as a Medical Training Instructor. I taught aviation medicine to cabin crew and pilots, covering everything from CPR to in-flight childbirth, helping prepare teams for any eventuality.

Inspired by this experience, I retrained as a Registered Nurse and completed a BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing. From my very first placement in the Emergency Department, I knew emergency care was where I belonged. Since then, I’ve built my career in urgent and emergency care and completed a master’s degree in advanced clinical practice. In my current role as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP), I independently assess, diagnose, treat, prescribe, and discharge patients — providing full-spectrum care at an advanced level. I’ve also had the privilege of working globally as a freelance flight nurse practitioner, repatriating patients from around the world. This role combines clinical skill with compassion, ensuring safe returns home for those injured or taken ill abroad.

Each summer, I volunteer as a senior nurse at major music festivals, including Glastonbury and Reading, where I help lead teams in pop-up field hospitals serving over 120,000 attendees. These experiences — though far removed from the calm of a clinic — have taught me adaptability, leadership, and clinical confidence in all settings.

Aesthetic Practice:

My journey into aesthetics came from a desire to offer safe, ethical alternatives in a growing and often unregulated field. I trained at the British Aesthetic Academy in London and am currently advancing my expertise through Level 7 postgraduate training. My aesthetic philosophy is simple: to enhance, not change — delivering natural, understated results that align with each client’s individual identity and goals.

Our goal is to offer a bespoke travel health concierge experience, ensuring that travellers receive personalised, reliable, and clinically sound support before they depart.
